1. Check your shipping email
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update.
2. Use your order status page
Open the order confirmation email and select View your order. It shows every package in your order and its tracking.
3. Still need help?
Email support@dearforever.store with your order number. We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.

- Message card jewelry is made in 2–3 business days.
- LED keepsake plaques and letter blankets are made in 3–5 business days.
- Engraved or personalized pieces are made in 3–5 business days.
- Free USPS shipping takes 2–5 business days after your order ships.
- Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
