Products and Pricing

We do our best to show our jewelry, finishes and colors accurately, but screens differ and we can't guarantee an exact match. Message cards are printed, and each piece is made to order, so small variations can occur. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed at that price and give a full refund.

Personalization

When you personalize an item, you're responsible for the spelling and details you enter. Please review them carefully before you order, because we make the piece exactly as entered. If we make an error, our Refund Policy covers it.

Orders and Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed for resale. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Care and Use

Our jewelry is not intended for children under 14. Keep it away from water, perfume and household chemicals, and take it off before swimming, bathing or exercising to protect its finish.
